WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available on 1599 NW 9th Ave. suite 204, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but some dropship orders may take up to 7 business days. Items marked as special orders can take up to 2-3 weeks. In the event of a backorder, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We will email you to inform you of any backorders. We ship small orders by UPS or USPS.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UL consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 7 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please be sure to provide a correct shipping address. If the address you provide is not correct, including an accurate street number and correct zip code, we will incur additional charges from our shipping partners, which may prevent us from offering free shipping or require us to include additional shipping charges on your order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SALES TERMS

  • All orders must be prepaid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or Paypal.
  • We reserve the right to select carriers for shipments. It will be our intention to select the most economical method of shipment. UPS and truck shipments are prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All products will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of order.
  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS
